    Gupshup charges a standard 0.001 USD per message fee. WhatsApp charges conversation based fee and it is billed at actuals.

    For countries with the same country code but different charges, the billing process prioritises the region code first. If the region code doesn't match, it then falls back to the country code, and if neither matches, the default rate is applied. This means that even countries sharing the same country code can have different charges based on their specific region codes.
